Shipping, Returns & Local Pickup


Orders are typically shipped in the order they are received. Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Packages that are expedited or $200 & up will require a signature unless informed otherwise. We offer the following shipping services below to include domestic and international shipping. To calculate total shipping times: add 1-2 business days processing with your chosen shipping method from the day your order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, USPS services may deliver on Saturdays).

For time sensitive orders please be sure that billing and shipping information is consistent with your credit card data as processing may be delayed.

Domestic Shipping Options (US)

All of our products are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. With the exception of orders placed on Saturday, all orders will be shipped the next day. With Priority Mail, that means you should receive your package within 3 business days or less. If you live on the West Coast, you will receive your packages in 1 or 2 days.

$40 Flat Rate International Shipping 

We will ship your package anywhere in the world for $40. All international packages are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery time ranges from 5-9 days depending on how efficient your country’s custom agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman. 


30-day return policy

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, with tags) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise anytime after 30 days, you may do an exchange. Returns made after 30 days will be credited at the current selling price. Returns must include all tags, accessories, and packaging. we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restock fee if products are returned with missing or damaged content. In the event of an exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping to San Franpsycho. Once we receive the original product, your exchange will be shipped back to you free of charge.

Damaged or missing items

If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on However, since the colors you see depend on your computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that any color will be 100% accurate to the actual product.

Wrong size, color, or item

If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size,color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

Inventory availability

The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

Final sale items

Refunds are not available for sale items. items that have been marked down equal to or greater than 30% are considered final sale items. All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer.

Return & exchange process

Please email with an explanation of your return and we will respond with further instructions.

Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 3 -4 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to San Franpsycho.

Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received

Purchase card refund

Your credit card will be refunded upon receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.

Charges on my card

In the case that your card appears to be charged twice, it is actually called a pre-authorization which usually occurs when you are using a debit card vs. a credit card. This method checks if there are sufficient funds available before a user places an order. When the order is placed, our credit card processor authorizes the amount and later captures it when your order is processed and sent out for shipping.

Local Pickup

A free local pickup option is available to those who live in the Bay Area. If you choose this option during checkout, you will be notified via email with simple instructions when your order is ready to be picked up at 1248 9th Ave, San Francisco CA 94122. Orders are typically ready within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Customers have 7 days to pick up their order before it is cancelled and refunded.
