Calling all artists! We’re excited to announce our new 2D mixed media local art show, “Homage To The City: A Love Letter To Her, From Us”, curated by our own, very talented Sam Fisher!
We’re looking to our local Bay Area artists for your ideas on what San Francisco means to you. It can be the beautiful fog that rests on top of Twin Peaks, to the nightlife scenes with packed streets and flashing neon—however you feel best connected to the city.
The show will run from October 29th through December 19th at our 9th Ave store, with an opening reception on November 8th from 12PM-2PM.
There will be 10 total available spots for display. If you’re interested in submitting your art for the show, email our curator Sam at sam@sanfranpsycho.com. Submissions due by October 20th.
Rules:
Up to 2 submissions per artist
Size limit of 12”x12” or smaller (including framing)
Only 2D wall hanging pieces (ex. prints, paintings, canvas, textile, sculpture, collage, photography, etc.)
No submission fee
Open only to Bay Area 18+ artists
